DoD Energy SMEIBM - Cincinnati, OHThe Department of Defense (DoD) Energy Subject Matter Expert (SME) is directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of SCM Strategy initiative deliverables and SCM business development. The SME will also have direct involvement in gathering of information (primary/secondary data), analyzing the client's business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports/business cases to strategically capture business. The SME will be expected to shape and execute IBM's DoD Energy "Go to Market" strategy, lead Call Plan activities with DoD Energy Decision Makers, provide DoD-specific insight and knowledge to position for task orders under DESC Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and support broader DoD Energy strategy.
