Interns will join Chhayas grass roots efforts to prevent foreclosures and combat predatory lending in Queens through its direct services and advocacy. This is an exciting opportunity for students interested in real estate, housing and community development issues and the non-profit industry. The internship will allow valuable insight into the current foreclosure crisis and students will gain hands-on experience by getting involved with Chhayas foreclosure counseling program.
