MammographerRiverside Health System - Newport News, VARiverside Diagnostic Center-Oyster Point, located in Newport News, VA, is seeking an experienced mammographer to utilize all-digital equipment. Working under the supervision of a qualified physician and the facility manager/lead tech, the mammographer performs routine and diagnostic imaging of the breast utilizing dedicated equipment for the diagnosis of disease in humans. Functioning, as a team member the mammographer is flexible in work assignments, fills in at satellite diagnostic imaging centers when needed and assists in training of students. Responsible for the preparation of equipment and departmental supplies. Requires utilization of simple to complex equipment.
