  Convention Sales Research Manager Key Responsibilities Analyzes and qualifies convention accounts. Identifies and facilitates convention services. Writes summary reports. Maintains client and meeting database. Conducts database training and creates user manuals. Serves as point of contact for database troubleshooting. Maintains client relationships and works with convention sales managers to resolve issues. Provides administrative and customer service support to convention sales managers. Qualifications Completion of a college degree and at least three years of experience in a sales-driven research and database management role or other relevant education and experience.
