Our client is looking for Payment Research Representatives for their call center. This individual will be responsible for a full cycle of call center duties and customer service. On a day to day basis the Payment Research Rep will be providing customer service to internal and external customers, resolving payment issues and vendor errors, setting up cases, and handling payment research issues, and making notes in customer accounts. To be qualified for this position individual should have 1-3 years experience in a call center, banking or customer service environment, quick learner with good organization and pays close attention to detail.
