GRAND ISLAND, NE - DISPATCHER/YARD LEAD JOB CATEGORY: Transportation HOURS: Full Time SUMMARY: Responsible for providing customer service, supervising and training the delivery personnel, scheduling, monitoring, and checking the delivery loads leaving the yard, and merchandise inventory. Responsibilities and Duties Provides customer service and supervises customer service in the yard and on deliveries. Supervises all delivery and loading personnel. Schedules all deliveries on a timely basis. Ensures timely and accurate delivery of all materials. Dispatches the delivery/yard personnel to deliveries and monitoring the quality of those deliveries. Prints tickets and ensure that quantities and qualities are correct. Maintains overall housekeeping and condition of the Dispatch Office and yard. See job listing >
