CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALISTMetroHealth System - Cleveland, OHThe CNS is an integral part of the nursing leadership team. The CNS assesses the impact of the social, political and economic forces on the delivery of care. The CNS collaborates, participates, makes decisions and has input into and supports the goals of the nursing service and/or specialty area. CNS practice spans three spheres of influence: the patient/family; the nurse/healthcare team; and the MetroHealth System. It is through these spheres that the CNS practice influences outcomes within the eight domains defined below.
