Shane Thompson built his life?s passion around hard work, family involvement and a collection of coveted family recipes that adorn the rib shack?s menu today. He believes in giving people more than they paid for and treating them like family. Coincidentally, he learned these things (the BBQ sauce recipe and his sense of family and community) from the same source?his grandfather.
