First Industrial - Chicago, ILUnder general supervision, prepares a variety of financial schedules and reports for internal reporting, internal decision making, property management and the like. Performs related duties as assigned. 1. Prepares and reviews quarterly depreciation and straight line rent reports and schedules. 2. Prepares and reviews monthly financial statements of their assigned region(s). This can include analysis of: rental revenue, tenant recovery, income property expenses, and capital expenditures and makes necessary adjustments. Variance comments are forwarded to Senior Account for review. 3. Prepares and posts monthly recurring entries for real estate taxes, real estate tax appeals, insurance and amortization. 4.
