We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor for one of our National Clients in the Clearwater/St. Pete area. The BEST CANDIDATE will be someone who hasprocessed frontline mortgage loans for the last 2-4 years and has a total of 6 plus years in a Mortgage position Responsibilities: Works within a large mortgage environment with several other processors Process loan applications start to funding, with the goal to obtain approvals within 30 days of application Reconcile accounting records to ensure all fees are collected Follow-up on closed loans to ensure compliance with all Secondary Marketing standards Communicate with New Home Consultants, borrowers and associates Manage a continuous pipeline of loans Gather and submit credit reports and supporting applications Update...
