Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Create and coordinate a leadership program for the day laborers and low-wage workers. 2. Convene and facilitate meetings with day laborer leaders. 3. Create committees on site that includes a leadership committee, a recreational/cultural committee, a workers right committee, and an education committee. Coordinate meetings between workers and staff at St. Peter's Church and Catholic Charities. 4.
