Kitsap Mental Health - Bremerton, WAPurpose: Supervise nursing staff on our Adult & Youth Inpatient Units and participate on Inpatient management and treatment teams. Major Responsibilities and Duties: -As a member of the KMHS Management Team, hire, train, coach, develop, evaluate with timely performance appraisals, discipline and if necessary discharge direct supervisees. Comply with all agency personnel policies. Support and comply with the KMHS affirmative action program. -Oversee inpatient nursing staff schedule to cover all three shifts on both units 24/7. -Provide coverage as needed when staffing is not available or is insufficient during peak work-load times, to cover for trainings, nursing groups provided to patients, break times etc. -Participate in the Inpatient Centers budget development and monitoring process.
