Provides research findings and works with marketing and sales management to facilitate development of effective marketing plans and product launches. Coordinates marketing research activities, utilizing both secondary industry data as well as customized primary research. Develops surveys and focus groups to analyze customer purchasing patterns, preferences, and organization's image and marketing effectiveness.
