Chief Administrative Officer The Susquehanna River Basin Commission, an interstate water resource management agency, seeks a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The CAO reports directly to the Executive Director and is one of four Commission Officers. This position is responsible for the Commissions accounting and financial records; budget; human resources management; insurance; information technology; receipt, disbursement and investment of funds; operation and maintenance of the SRBCs main office building and vehicle fleet; purchase and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
