Specimen Prep TechSonora Quest Laboratories - Tempe, AZPART TIME Saturday AND Sunday 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM High volume data entry position. Position receives biological specimens (including but not limited to bodily fluids such as blood, urine, stool, saliva, etc.) into the department and enters all information into systems. this position is also responsible for preparing samples for analytical testing, the distribution of these specimens to the proper analytical area, and archiving specimens after testing. Minimum age requirement of 18. Must be a high school graduate, or have achieved equivalency through GED exam or other means. Typing/keyboarding skills of minimum 25 wpm, demonstrated by completion of a typing/keyboarding test. Good reading, writing and math abilities are required.
