Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator - Outbound callingNesco Resource - Beverly, MAThe local chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association is seeking Volunteer Recruitment Coordinators (VCRs) to contact local business owners and corporate executives to invite their participation in a community-wide event to raise funds for local families.This is all outbound calling to recruit executives to be involved in a social event fund-raiser to benefit MDA. VCR's must meet minimum recruitment goals and be comfortable dealing exclusively with top management and executives.This position requires a pleasant phone manner and a positive, motivated attitude. The work hours are 9-4, Monday- Friday. The work environment is honest and casual but is geared toward getting maximum results.
