Patent Associate/Patent Agent
This small, lifestyle-oriented, downtown intellectual property boutique is seeking an associate with a BSEE or BSME to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and be USPTO admitted. However, this firm also will consider patent agents thinking of going to law school in the evening program. You will handle patent preparation, prosecution, client counseling, due diligence and opinion matters. Reasonable billable hours (1,800), market comparable salary and a competitive bonus program.
