Our Direct Sales Agents engage in providing high quality sales and service to members in an inside sales call center environment. They demonstrate the ability to multi-task and identify cross-sell opportunities regarding member product needs and service requests. Daily duties include qualifying and quoting prospects, selling all lines of insurance products, following up with members and insured's, and prospecting for new business. You will also be responsible for inspecting related documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment.
