Help Desk AdministratorPDS Technical Services - Washington, DCWe are currently looking for an Help Desk Administrator for our client in Washington DC. Description: 1. Works in collaboration with the staff to ensure accurate and timely input of statistics. Assists outside vendors, modifies forms, identifies and troubleshoots problems, serves as primary liaison with IT. 2. Identifies requirements from interfacing databases and coordinating with IT. Creates monthly reports on program statistics. 3. Coordinates and prepares downloads of updated information for electronic transfer to both internal and external systems.
