Substance Abuse CounselorArms Acres - Carmel, NYUnion shop and EOE employer CLINICAL CASE MANAGER/COUNSELOR: We are recruiting for a part-time Substance Abuse Counselor, 20 hours (4 PM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday), for our rehabilitation facility in Carmel, NY. REQUIREMENTS: CASAC and/or LMSW. Experience in Adolescent Treatment preferred. The major function of the Case Manager is to provide comprehensive clinical case management services that include: assessments, discharge planning, group and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referent relations, and interventions with client support systems including social service programs and managed care reviewers.
