Group Executive/President for $2B manufacturing holding company. Will have full P&L responsibility for portfolio of mid-market sized companies with $200-400M total revenues and drive growth in revenues and profitability. Background should include at least five years of full P&L experience of $150M or larger concern with multiple facilities and locations. Will consider a wide variety of industry backgrounds and combinations of industrial, consumer products or high tech manufacturing along with operations, sales and marketing or finance specialties. Require a strong strategic orientation along with M&A experience. Degree in engineering, business, marketing or finance with MBA from Tier 1 programs strongly preferred.
