Budget Development: Provide all necessary analysis and documentation to support annual President?s Budget submission and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development in accordance with DOD Financial Management Regulations, preparation instructions and /or directives. Support staffing and coordination of budget and POM submissions with internal and external stakeholders. Review Defense Authorization and Appropriation Acts, Management Initiative Decisions (MIDs) and Program Budget Decisions (PBDs) for budget impacts.
