Civil Engineer with a PE for the planning and design process of residential and commercial land development projects. Responsible for areas of design to include land planning, traffic circulation, roads, storm drainage, utilities, site grading, soil erosion and sediment controls, hydrology and storm water management plans. Other responsibilities include overseeing project management of the entire land development process from concept plans thru grading/building permits. This will also include assisting clients with timeline schedules and the plan approval/permit process with state and various local county agencies.
