Family Practice Opportunity
An experienced urban practitioner, serving an underserved area in Detroit for 30 years, has an opportunity for a full-time family practitioner or IM/Peds. This teaching facility is affiliated with MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. The practice sees approximately 200 outpatients per week with plans to build on and expand by adding optometry and enlarging the physical therapy department.
Office equipment: x-ray, cholestic LDX, bone density scan, hemoglobin A1C, electrocautery, hemocrits, urinalysis, and autoclave.
On site ancillary services: pharmacy, physical therapy, home health care, EMGs, thallium stress tests, and echocardiograms.
Off-site billing; payor mix includes Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, PPOM, and HMO.
