Family Intervention Specialist
Provide crisis de-escalation and stabilization services to children and their families. Emergency response coverage including evenings and weekends. Provide clinical support to Family Support Worker when in the field, lead peer supervision groups, communicate any clinically relevant information or needs to supervisor and oversee supervisory tasks as assigned by the supervisor or as directed in the supervisor's absence. (Schedule: Evening Hours, with on-call coverage.) A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field. A strong commitment to children and families; at least one year of experience (3 years preferred) providing crisis treatment services to children/teens/families. A valid PA/NJ driver's license in good standing.
