Work begins in mid December through February (possibly longer) for this temp position for a well established financial software support company in Norcross, GA. Work day shift (7am - 3:30pm, M - F). Responsibilities: -> Answer calls escalated from Help Desk to resolve client issues -> Assure all IT tickets are assigned to appropriate team -> Respond to customer technical problems related to hardware, software, and networking -> Work closely with Help Desk and support team to track and resolve issues -> Escalates more complex customer technical issues to senior level support -> Conduct daily operational checks as defined -> Monitor production, backup and test systems for specific clients -> Maintain and update daily production turnover report Requirements: -> Previous data center computer...
