Will help design, create, manage, and administer the database as well as write and maintain applications that access that data. Will also generated reports and statistics from the database to answer real world business altering questions. Will work and interface with many other departments, so excellent communications skills are very important. Will write and maintain applications and scripts that access and modify that data. Will backup/restore database, and tune and optimize queries. REQUIREMENTS: BS in Computer Science or equivalent. 4-7 years experience with SQL, database programming, stored procedures, and relational database design.
