REQUIREMENTS: * Lifeguards: Must be currently certified in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. * Swim Instructors: Must be currently certified as an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor. * Water Exercise Instructors: Experience leading water exercise classes and certification through AEA, Arthritis Foundation, or other certifying agency preferred. * Recreation (Class) Instructors: Experience leading water exercise classes and certification through AEA, Arthritis Foundation, or another certifying agency preferred. * Group Exercise Instructors: Experience leading classes and certification through a national certifying agency preferred. * Fitness Instructors: Experience working in a fitness setting and certification through a national certifying agency...
