As a Bridge Facilitator, you will be required to drive service restoration management by actively coordinating efforts of support teams towards resolution of high severity issues in a bridge environment. You will document and report the events of the bridge including but not limited to: who is affected, what they will or will not be able to accomplish, the times service was degraded, estimated time for resolution, steps taken to resolve and the people and teams involved in reaching resolution.
