Full Time 40 Hours Per Week (CRMA)Responsible for carrying out direct resident care assignments to ensure the quality of life for our residents. Performs duties in compliance with North Country's philosophy of Northern Hospitality.
Previous experience in convalescent / geriatric resident care helpful. Temperament for working in environment with no set routine. Ability to maintain flexible, relaxed attitude in response to difficult situations. Good listening and communication skills. Must be able to read, write and communicate routine information. Must possess willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
