Senior IT Hardware/Software BuyerResource - Troy, MISenior Buyers are responsible for procurement activities and dealing with cross-functional teams and suppliers to gather information, manage requests for quote, and source/award business. This includes researching the market for appropriate sources of supply, engaging vendors through an RFQ/ RFP process, negotiating the best solution per a sourcing strategy, and maintaining the vendor relationship through the contract lifecycle to maximize third party value.
