seeking a Mechanical
Engineer to assist with mechanical system designs
for new building and renovations in the commercial
and institutional markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the
following. Other duties may be assigned.
* HVAC systems, Plumbing systems, Energy
analysis, Life cycle cost analysis, Fire sprinkler
systems, Storm water systems, Smoke management.
* Working knowledge of industry standard codes.
* Working knowledge of Mechanical System
Design & Analysis software, AutoCAD, and REVIT.
* Client communication and presentation skills.
* Project finance and management.
* Technical specification and report writing.
* Ability to work in team environment and
independently on projects.
