Family Resource Center Story Time CoordinatorCornell Cooperative Extension Tioga County - Owego, NYDescription of Project (or Purpose of Position): Plan and facilitate regular story times and related activities for children and parents in FRC. Responsibilities (or Tasks): 1) Schedule regular story time events with the FRC Site Coordinator. a) Activity dates scheduled by 10th of previous month. 2) Identify appropriate themes for individual story time events a) Select books related to the theme b) Plan supplementary activity when appropriate 3) Read stories and facilitate activity as scheduled. Anticipated Audience: Children ages birth to five with their parents/caregivers.
