Footwear Designer - All levels of retail - All genders - Athletic, hikers, casual, workboots. Industrial Design or Fashion degree with footwear experience preferred. High profile position with an opportunity to design for several famous brands. Market knowledge, experience in shopping and the ability to spot emerging footwear trends. Good communication skills with the ability to effectively participate in design presentations. Position will also include Graphic Design responsibilites that entail POP, Packaging, Web and Presentation materials.
Specific Skills
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a must. 3-D programs a plus. Computer rendering skills and technical drawing abilities. Creativity, good color sense.
