Shift LeadWeigels - Knoxville, TNThe Shift Lead assists the management team in the overall compliance of all company standards and in the achievement of both sales and payroll goals. The Shift Lead must assume responsibility of the store in the absence of the store manager and/or the assistant manager. The Shift Lead will become proficient in opening and closing store procedures, shift changes, daily bank deposits, cash handling and loss prevention procedures; responsible for balancing, verifying, and maintaining store funds and keeping cash drawers low.
