Compliance AnalystYorkson Legal - New York, NYWall Street financial firm is seeking a Compliance Analyst. Responsibilities include compliance surveillance for Hedge Fund Strategies, including surveillance of funds and client guidelines and regulatory requirements. Assist in developing policies and procedures and participate in the review and evaluation of pending regulations. Ideal candidates should have general compliance knowledge and familiarity with SEC regulation and the Investment Adviser's Act a plus.
