Job Description: Responsible for the human resources functions of employee and labor relations and performance management.
Duties of Position: Responsible for contract administration (including grievance resolution). Advises and assists in disciplinary matters, supervisory problems and formal grievance procedures. Responsible for counseling of supervisors and employees regarding employment/discipline issues. Interprets policies, procedures, and handbook guidelines for all staff. Facilitates employee understanding of College policies and procedures. Recommends appropriate development and training support for institutional practices and priorities. Handles employee investigations of personnel issues. Responsible for other duties as designated.
