Nature and Scope The Lan and Desktop team is part of Global IT Infrastructure, serving as an integral part of the IT Service Center. The team provides level 2 support for issues related to the end-user computing experience. The team will be centered in the US and Malaysia. The job holder would be responsible for providing support for tickets that the level 1 agents in the IT Service Center could not resolve. These service areas include (but are not limited to) printing, software distribution, desktop operating system and standard desktop software, messaging, and virus/spyware/security, file encryption, and virtual desktop.
