Hotel General Manager
My client is seeking an experienced and proven General Manager to manage a limited- service hotel in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The General Manager will be required to supervise staff, conduct interviews and ensure property is adequately staffed, marketed, promoted, etc. GM must ensure proper quality and health standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and other tasks associated with successful operations of a hotel.Must be entrepreneurial and a self starter that thrives on achieving exceptional results.Must be independent in thinking; have exceptional leadership skills; ability to forecast market conditions and strategically develop a business plan accordingly.
