Location: VA - Richmond, 10601 Patterson Ave PRIMARY TASK The primary function of this position is to prepare hot and cold meals to order for in-house guests and carry-out customers according to accepted methods and recipes in a timely and organized manner ensuring health and safety regulations and quality standards are maintained and that customer satisfaction is achieved. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Check work schedule for assigned duties (grill / cold side), check menu changes, daily specials, promotions and featured items. Perform inspection of the grill and cold side workstations, verify supplies and prepare for operations.
