Central Scheduler (PRN)
The Scheduler will be responsible for the scheduling of patient procedures to be performed, obtaining the complete and accurate patient demographics and procedure information from the patient, physicians office. The Scheduler is responsible for the understanding of patient scheduling, procedure knowledge, and report writing. The Scheduler will be responsible for auditing information for accuracy, knowledge of medical and insurance terminology. The Scheduler will interact with Business Services customers and they will require basic telephone, excellent communications, public relations, and documentation skills.
