A private family office is seeking a Vice President of financial operations. This position will provide family and non-family stakeholders with services in the area of Tax, Finance, Audit, and Investment Portfolio Management and reporting. Duties and responsibilities: Oversee/advise on all private family investments including properties, trusts, and securities. Consult on private family and affiliated company matters. Manage the preparation of Federal and State income tax returns of family member and affiliated companies as well as other tax compliance matters. Manage, develop and mentor office staff.
