TEACHING FELLOW: UPPER SCHOOL MATHEMATICS
Greenwich Academy seeks a talented beginning teacher to serve as teaching fellow in our Mathematics Department. The fellowship offers a teacher new to the profession the opportunity to teach motivated, engaged students in a community that prizes learning and professional growth. The fellow will receive extensive mentoring from colleagues in the department and will have the opportunity to observe classes taught by those colleagues as part of their regular schedules. The normal load for a teaching fellow is two classes, and fellows are asked to participate in other areas of school life as well, including coaching, advising, sponsoring a club or student group, or other endeavors.
