Robert Half Finance & Accounting - Hartford, CTGreater Hartford area construction company is looking to hire a full time Office Manager. This Office Manager will be overseeing 3 administrative professionals and working closely with 5 contractors/project managers. The key responsibility will be getting project plans for the company to bid on, then speaking with architects and working out a quote for the job to get done. The Office Manager will make sure the contracts get assigned to the appropriate project manager as they come in. Additionally, this candidate will fill out paperwork for the bids, and make sure the contracts have the appropriate insurance/bonding. Enthusiasm and high energy are key intangibles to this position.
