Mechanical Designer
Experience should include part design, part detailing, assembly drawings and tolerance studies.
2 years minimum of 3D design work with solid modeling Solidworks is preferred.
Responsibilities include the design engineering department on tasks such as the design of new or modified parts, documentation and release of new motor models, engineering change processing, and assist manufacturing engineering on development of illustrated work instructions.
Use of personal computers for word processing, spreadsheets and database is highly desirable. Knowledge of mechanical processes as punch, turn, drill, tap and grind is highly desirable.
