Schedule customer installation appointments. Responsible for quality assurance of all orders, ensure accuracy and that customer needs are met relating to phone, data, cable, and bundled product service requirements. Maintain record of order completion to ensure accurate billing. Alert account team and sales service engineer of installation issues.
