CRM provides GxP services, research personnel, and support services, contributing to the development of vaccines, drugs, and devices, to help prevent, diagnose, and treat human disease. CRM has an immediate need for a Microbiologist in Frederick, Maryland. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Shall engage in research with pathogenic bacteria including, but not limited to, Bacillus anthracis to support the research project. 2. Design and conduct animal challenge experiments to evaluate pathogenicity and vaccine efficacy. Conduct experiments involving recombinant DNA technology to include cloning, PCR, gene deletion, microarrays, gene expression, etc. 3.
