Occupational Therapist/OT/OTR/LSelect Therapies - Manteca, CADepending on your background and experience you'll spend anywhere from one day to three months "getting to know" us. However, you can expect to be treating patients from day one! We provide tailored orientation based on your needs, ranging from an efficient and effective orientation program for experienced Therapists, to an in-depth mentoring program for new graduates. As a full-time employee, you will work an eight-hour day; however we do offer some flexibility depending on your needs and those of your patients. You will join our Rehabilitation Department, which is managed by an onsite Facility Rehab Director and consists of licensed therapists, assistants, and aides.
