Applications Development ManagerThompson Technologies - Franklin, TNThompson Technologies has an immediate need for an Applications Development Manager for our client in the Nashville, TN area. The right candidate for this role should have 10 years of progressive development leadership experience and a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or MIS. Strong technical skills in .NET Visual Studio (C#), Team Foundation Server, and SQL Server (including SSRS) are a must. Experience with SharePoint and/or BizTalk is also highly preferred. Strong management experience and abilities are also required for this role. Required Skills: Must be able to lead multiple projects and meet or exceed goals for delivery dates. Must be comfortable pushing the team to meet dates with quality products and with rewarding high performers and holding low performers accountable.
