Facilities Division ManagerNorthern Quest Casino - Usk, WAEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Organizes, prioritizes, schedules and outlines maintenance and service plans for tribal facilities. Manages a full maintenance shop; orders parts, supplies & materials; secures tools & equipment and ensures ongoing maintenance of the Division's trucks, snow plows, tools and equipment. Schedules facilities projects, assigns costs and provides appropriate staff and materials for jobs. Ensures the scheduling of crews for the maintenance of parking lots, roads and driveways in the summer and for snow plowing and removal during the winter months.
